the location was perfect! it put me right in the heart of everything. the staff greeted me with such warmth and helpfulness. my room was quiet and wonderfully clean, a real haven.

The location was indeed central to everything, right next to the waterway. my room had a historic interior, i could definitely tell. a great thing was having an indoor pool and sauna accessible. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

I found the Beautiful Double Room spacious and very clean. I appreciated the hotel tour. The staff answered all questions quickly. The hotel location is close to main square.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative to me. I especially liked the Filipino chef, he was very hospitable and cooked delicious scrambled eggs. They greeted me very seriously and are accommodating.

the location was great. a short walk put me right where i needed to be.
the breakfast was quite the experience, but not in a good way. i paid extra for it, but the food selection was underwhelming. they also allowed dogs in the breakfast area, which i found a bit off-putting. definitely not worth the money i spent.

The hotel's location next to the waterway was very convenient. Our Beautiful Double Room provided plenty of space. The breakfast buffet offered many options, including fresh fruit and cooked eggs. The indoor pool and sauna were a great addition (i enjoyed them very much).
The television had limited channel choices, a small inconvenience.
